Our Weeki Wachee location has a great deal of unique equipment, including a hack squat, V squat, Bear squat, Pendulum squat, free weights up to 140lbs, power rack stations, an indoor walking track, a large boot camp rig complete with endless rope pull, battle ropes, punching bag, and monkey bars, a glute zone with a glute trainer hip thrusting machine for targeting glutes. This location also has yoga classes 3x/week – included in the EPIC membership or $15/class.

I am a former professional baseball player that fell in love with fitness and nutrition. As my love for the overall gym grew, so did my love for bodybuilding. BIO

I was raised on sports and athletics and have played football competitively since I was 10. I train to combat every challenge life throws at me. I first found my passion for training when I introduced my brother to the gym and I helped him get into the best shape of his life. From there, I would help my friends and as more of them asked for my help I found my love for teaching. In the 2 years I’ve been training, I’ve put on 25 lbs of muscle.

BIO

I’ve been competitive my whole life. This is where I found my love for athletics! I have done every sport that I could get involved with growing up. I have always been interested in learning how the body works and how to get the most out of everything you do. I became interested in training to teach people how to help themselves for the long run.

In 2012 I got my own trainer to put me through a program so that I would be able to find my own weaknesses and from there my interest in helping others peaked. I continued competing in any sports and improving my knowledge and understanding of different training styles and worked to get my certification as a personal trainer after getting out of the Army.
